Automation Take a ticket - Auto Assign a member

Hi guys,

Is that a way to auto-assign a ticket like a “Take it” button, that auto-assign the “Member” attribute with the current user that click on it ?

For now, I only can choose a definitive user when i try to create this kind of automation.

That could be a great addition / improvement, but for now - as you already discovered it is only possible to pick a specific member that will be assigned when you click on that button.

I’ll make sure to create an internal ticket for this - just so that we can have a record of it.

Also, if you would like to suggest this as a feature request / improvement, feel free to suggest it via this FORM.
