Please help me why I can’t load any templates from Infinity. It keeps saying I’m offline and couldn’t load this function.

Can you tell us if this is still happening to you, are you able to load our templates just fine now or are you still stuck on the endless loop?
We did have a small hiccup last week, but it wasn’t related to template
