Regarding the request you posted, color coding is always interesting, sometimes it should be subtle while in some other times it should be completely different. With us you can color code items in calendar and Gantt chart (based on the labels they have).
But, regarding your request - could you provide us with some real life examples, or an idea of what you think it should look like?
