Conditional Trigger Event Possible?

Hi I want to use zappier for this integration scenario:

Using infinityapp if I update a new item with a label “Done” to trigger an event (send a message or whatever action listed)

I’ve seen that there is an “item updated” trigger event, but I assume this will be triggered on every change and not an specific one.

Is it possible to add a conditional on this?
