I have been trying to upload a 25 line csv since last night and it just gets stuck on this screen. I have tried playing with the actual file to ensure there are no formats that the system might not like but I’m working blind as I’m not getting error messages, just this hanging. Is there an issue with the import functionality?
An update. there was certain formatting that the upload did not like so it did not process. We think the issue is that the phone numbers had spaces in them. Unfortunately the phone numbers, as they were captured, passed the validation when doing the mapping so there was no way to know this upfront. The little help bubble did give me guidance which helped but it would be good if things in the csv file are going to stop it from uploading are highlighted at mapping stage to avoid ongoing frustration and delays
