Hi, I am new to Infinity. I have several Folders with information that all feeds into one main folder. What I would like to be able to do is show information from one of the referenced folders in the main folder. Here is an example (simplified, but basically what I am trying to do):
The main folder has events. Another folder has Contacts (Name, phone #, etc.).
One of the attributes for each item in the folder is “Primary Contact”. I can create a reference to the Contacts folder so I can pick a primary contact. What I want to be able to do is see (in a table or list view, or maybe even columns) is see multiple attributes for that Primary Contact (for example, their Name and Phone #) without having to click on the contact. If I change the Primary Contact I should see the new person’s phone # after updating.
Ideally I would also like to be able to group by an attribute in the Contacts folder (For example, State).
Is this something I can do? I can’t figure it out. Thanks in advance!
