I’ve set up a Zap to create a new item in a board, triggered by an email.
I tried configuring the Zap to put the email attachment into the item attachment, but it didn’t work.
Before I try working out what’s wrong, I wanted to check if this feature is actually supported? I couldn’t see anything definitive one way or another in the help, although the fields are mappable in Zapier.
It would be awesome if it is, but as attachments could get quite big, I’d understand if it’s not supported.
