Email Notifications not sent

Hi, my team members are not receiving Email notifications when they are assigned to an item. They do get the notifications on some features, but not on others. I have been through the settings, and all features are on. Any thoughts?

In general email notifications are turned on by default for a few different segments of Infinity, those segments would be when a person is assigned to an item, mentioned in a comment, subscribed to an item.

These could be turned off from the users side through their notification settings.


Could you tell us if your colleagues can check those notification settings and see if email notifications are toggled on?
