You can import your data from CSV file.
Once you create a board, or just in any existing board, you can click on ‘Create a new Folder’, and on a right part of the screen, you should see an option to import from csv.
Is this only available for Lifetime Members? I do not get this access.
Afaik the functionality is the same for every member. Did you follow the steps outlined by coa?
Hi @marketing1! Do you mean you can’t see the option to export to csv?
If you are not the owner or admin, you will not be able to see the option to export a board or folder to csv - for security reasons. Could this be the case with you?

Hi Jovana, is it possible to allow Full Members to download CSV data? Is there a way to do this? Let me know

You would have to make someone as an admin (role) in order to be able to download your data as CSV, otherwise it is not possible for now.
Role of a person can be changed through the workspace settings → permissions → find a memeber which you want to make as an admin and that should be it.
