I would like to have facebook Messenger integration so that we can answer all facebook messages within Infinity and these automatically save at Contact.

Perhaps you can also add it as a suggestion to our roadmap for other people to vote for it since this is the first time we’re hearing this suggestion, but other people might need this as well.
