The form mobile view doesn’t behave correctly.
Selecting a label, clicking to upload files… It “moves” the view, but it doesn’t look nor act natural.
Both Safari and Chrome show the same behaviour.
Please check the link above (it’s the same form I intend to use).

I have tested the form on my mobile device (via Safari), and you’re right: the animation is very strange, and it sometimes leaves my screen blank, until I click on the ‘back’ arrow/icon.
I’ve reported this issue to the dev team, and this will be resolved ASAP
