Forms Checklist needs default values

This was brought up a while ago… but with Forms now live, the need is more urgent. (See here for the previous post)

I think the pictures will speak better than my words.

Thanks for the suggestion and in-depth description of the feature :slight_smile:

I agree that with Forms, there’s a bigger need for that functionality.

I’m adding it to the log and a surprise a new board :slight_smile:
