Generate a serial number

Hy

I want to create a contract… How can I generate à serial number for the contract…

Ex:
Seller: John Doe

When John will create a contract the contract id will be JD-nnnn where nnnn is an incremental number.

Hi Nicolas,
that´s not possible yet with infinity. But you can post your suggestion on the roadmap. The more people vote for it the sooner it will be implemented.

Is it possible to create just à random number instead?

Hello @nicolas! There is actually an item on our roadmap already, so we’re definitely planning to create this - you can vote for it here.

Of course, you can create that number manually each time there is a new entry in your database. :slight_smile:
