Lets say there are 5 users working together on one workspace with 10 boards. One of the user has todos in every board. How can i create a overview for this user to see all his todos in one place as a list (todo list)?

Unfortunately, if you are working in this way, for now it’s not possible to see all your data from all the boards in one place. There is a bord overview but not a workspace overview at the moment.
A workaround would be to try to use one board and then have your projects in different folders. That way, you could use the Board Overview to see all your tasks in one place - and you could create a separate tab in the overview for each team member.
