Life time subscription expired?

Hi Team,

Back in 2020 I purchased a life time subscription plan paying a one-time amount (it was a special offer during that time). Now, when logging in again (after some years/months of inactivity), I realize my created workspace isn’t subscribed anymore and I’m asked to buy a new plan/subscription paying a monthly fee.

How can this be? What hast happened/changed?

Hey, nothing has changed, you should have it. Maybe you have an old cached version, try to reload it for couple of times and/or clear the cache.
If not, it is better to contact the support over the intercom.

Hey Christian, each workspace needs to be enabled under the lifetime license. When you start a new workspace it’s created as a free space. All you need to do is go into your settings and assign the license to that workspace. Whatever plan you had came with a certain number of workspaces. So you’ll see that total and then when you assign the workspace a license the total available will go down by one.

Solved it. This was only related to the mobile app (I checked the web version). After log out/in on my mobile everything was fine.
