My Export to PDF function isn't working

When I export to PDF, I never get the email. Since Wednesday, June 11th. I can export to CSV but not PDF. Any ideas?

Hey Angela, thanks for the report. You should receive it much sooner than that, as in a couple of minutes, so there may be a bug somewhere.

I’ve checked, and the problem is that the PDF payload is too big, probably caused by too many attachments as part of the PDF. If you have attachment attributes, try to “hide” them and try to export again.

Makes perfect sense. I’ll do that.

I have a NEW issue with my PDF exports. The PDF isn’t showing the sorting that it always has. I don’t know where the sorting of the rows is coming from, but it’s different every time I export it. It used to print just as my screen showed. Now it’s random. I need it to export in the order in which it appears on the screen. Any ideas?
