Only create folder or item if name provided or key-pressed

Hi,

It seems that, for instance, if we click on the ‘plus’ button or add new item, the object is created instantly no matter what. I believe this behavior is a bit of annoying when you click by mistake or unintentionally and you have to go and delete it manually (it happens more than one thinks).

Actually I just noticed that if you type the name of the folder and press Enter to commit, it will create another new object automatically :wink:
