Hi, we use infinity to track projects. There are key stage milestones/phases we track on each project, which are set as date attributes within the ‘project item’. Is it possible to:
Set date attributes so they are either provisional or confirmed dates?
See the different phases of the ‘project item’ (between each milestone date attribute) as one ‘bar’ in gantt view. Perhaps as different colours.
This would mean setting the gantt view that tracks more than just two date attributes.
We kind of do similar … we have TARGET dates … then ACTUAL dates (so each card has two sets of dates) so can track time lost or delays.
At the moment, just recording data, but guessing it would be two gant charts … although gant charts where able to put all four dates (two time bars) would be an advantage.
