I have a real estate office. Agents have listings that I want to keep track of. In trello each listing is on its own board. Here I created a workspace called LISTINGS and then plan to have one board per listing. Is this the most effective way to keep track of these?

There are different ways of structuring the data in Infinity and I don’t know much how a real estate agent work looks like “on the inside”. Could you post a screenshot of one of your present boards in Trello?
