Ability to create a reference field in one board/database links different departments for better communication. Airtable lets us do this. We’ll need this feature to make the switch.

This is something that was suggested to us quite a few times already and our team is aware of it, hopefully - in the future, we’ll be able to develop and bring something like this to Infinity.
