Is there any way to darken the lines in Table View? I have a really hard time seeing the outliens.

Welcome to the community, we are happy to see you here 
Unfortunately we do not have such an option, it is not possible to change width, height or color of those lines or similar.
I would maybe suggest using some other view, list or columns view - which will drastically change the view but you might be able to see your data better.
