Small Empty Card in Bug Tracker Template

Using the Web Application, after entering a new item in the Bug Tracker template, I end up with a small blank card in the Status view. It eventually goes away, but is present for a while and cannot be selected.

A ‘ghost item’ could appear eventually when you drag&drop items from different columns. However, if I understood well, you’re saying that it showed up after simply adding a new item?

It should always disappear after a refresh.

Yes, just adding the item caused the item to appear and I believe it does disappear after a refresh, but I have not extensively tested that.
