When I use my mouse to drag a vertical scroll bar down (using Chrome browser), I can drag it and scroll the text as long as I keep the left mouse button pressed. But as soon as I release the mouse button it jumps up again.
Also, when I use the the lower arrow icon to move down the vertical scroll bar, when I reach (near) the bottom-end of the scroll bar and I click it once again the scroll bar also jumps back to the top.
I noticed this behavior also on other instances of the regular vertical scroll bars in Infintity. Naughty scroll bars.
