Touchpad click not accurate in touchscreen laptop

Hi! There is something that really bothers me as an User.
Sometimes I need to change the Tab, from Calendar to Table for example, and the click on my laptop doesn’t work as usual. It works properly on browsers, on Trello, on Clickup, on Asana, on Ora, on every possible App I can imagine. Just on Infinity it doesn’t work properly. I don’t know if this happens because the laptop screen is touchscreen…

Touch and mouse clicks works just fine, just single “taps” on my touchpad that are not recognized as single clicks.

Could you please check?

Laptop: Dell Inspiron
OS: Windows 10
Browsers: Chrome and Firefox

Hey @Tayshiro,

Luckily, one of our team members has a laptop device with a touchscreen.

We did notice some strange behavior in touchpad activities when a touchscreen is used in either that tab (Infinity) or other tabs.

We’re not sure why this happens, but we’re gonna do our best to identify the bug and fix it ASAP.

Here also.

When I use a touch screen to drag cards on the column screen, the card replicates – three identical cards, one in the original column and two in the new column. A window refresh fixes the problem.

Any fixes for this?

Yeah, we’ve encountered this bug as well, and we’re trying to come up with the fix / solution.
