Are we able to trasnfer account owner to another admin or users?

If I understood your correctly, you would like to transfer the ownership of the lifetime deal plan to someone else. If that is the case, you unfortunately cannot do that yourself, but what you can do is message us through our live chat support (bottom right corner of your screen while on our website or inside the tool) and one of our customer support agents will help you with that transfer as that can be done on our end.
