Trying to understand board sharing

I am trying to share a board or a view etc for my assistant in Canada. I am in Florida.

I would like to make a set of contacts which she can access remotely and make appointments.

Do I make her a member or user? What’s the procedure?

Hello @john.cesta, sorry for the delayed response. It looks like we missed some topics here.

I would suggest inviting your assistant as a member of your workspace. You can click on ‘Members’ on your workspace and there you will be able to review your current workspace members, which boards they are in, and invite new ones.
