Hi
I’m unable to attach Word documents to my boards. Can attach Excel and PDFs fine but when attaching a Word document get a message to say I am offline.
Is this related to the problem from yesterday?

We have just tried attaching a few Word documents and it worked ok on our end. Perhaps there’s something else here that we are missing.
Would you be able to reach out to our chat support (the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your board) and report this issue? Our agents will probably ask for some screenshots that will help us figure out what the issue might be.
