"Variables" in Infinity

Hi there. We want to do Ticket Support with Infinity and one of the issues that we are facing is that we need some values like “Proyect SLA” to be parametric. Is there any way or recommended guideline to have this implemented at “Global Level”?

When it comes to your question, I am not quite sure I understand what you need or what "Proyect SLA " is in this particular case. Maybe labels can help you here, but without a bigger picture or better understanding of your use case is, I cannot tell you exactly what you need!
