The way i manage this is to only have a few core boards per person that they need to be watching, on a daily basis, if it is urgent, then i tag the person.

Then in my calendar i block out time to deal with each board, each day.

It would be useful to see all assigned items in a single window, Just like the overview in the block. Could see an overview of my entire work commitment, filtered by open tasks, sorted in order of date due, etc…

The difficulty i imagine is how you would filter and sort such disparate sets of data.

  1. A user could manually choose to align attributes of the same data type together even if they contain a different name.
  2. Columns with the same name and attribute type should be merged together by default, so that users who manage to maintain a consistent naming convention between boards are rewarded with a easier to use overview (i.e. each board is project, etc…)

@aymanalbarbary It’s the most difficult feature we’ll deal with, for sure. :slight_smile: We’re rethinking all the hierarchy to find a solution… But it is a priority. :slight_smile:

unfortunately, me too. i would not have purchased the lifetime deal if i was aware i could not see a list of all my to do/open tasks in 1 place. i understand it is being worked on, and i hope it comes together soon - but considering it has been discussed for over a year, not sure it will be soon. i think infinity could be great, but it is difficult for me to use it right now, if i don’t have a way to see all open tasks - either assigned to me, assigned to others, or unassigned. thanks

This seems like a grievous oversight. I would guess that over 75% of members would want this feature faster than any other feature/update on the table.

It may be time to drop other development and really push for this feature. It’s losing customers (current and potential).

Hi All - I’m new here…but keen to learn if this feature has been delivered yet? It seems there is a workaround using references…if anyone could share how they’ve done this successfully, I’d be grateful. Specifically, how do you see all due items from multiple boards? Many thanks

I have several boards where all the team members are assigned to their tasks. But I can’t see the tasks of the members at a glance.

I am stuck without this feature. I’ve been waiting for this feature since April 2021. I don’t know why this feature is not done 1% yet. Really frustrating…

afaik this is a huge function to develop. It’s in the planning stage of the roadmap. It has less votes than Automations, that’s I guess why the team developed that first. But since automation has been completely released yesterday, it´s hopefully time now for this functionality, but I think it will take quite some months to develop it.
